Every call follows steps you can read and change.

Each step has a prompt, a goal that moves the call on, and a fallback for when the lead goes off script. These six steps are a sample. You write your own.

What the agent does

Greet the lead, give your name and the company name, and ask if they handle scheduling. If they ask whether you are a real person, say you are an AI assistant calling on behalf of the company.

Goal to move on

The lead confirms they are the right person, or says who is.

If the lead goes off script

If they are busy, ask for a better time to call back and end politely.

The same agent answers on your website, by phone and by text.

Website widget. Sample script on a sample page.
Phone call to a lead. The agent dials, the lead answers.
Text thread. The lead replies from their own phone.

Give it knowledge, skills and tools.

Knowledge bases
Documents and pages the agent answers from. One knowledge base can serve many agents.
Skills
Reusable instructions, such as how to talk about a product. Attach them, reorder them, and keep versions.
Tools
Actions the agent takes during a call, such as booking a time on a calendar or sending a confirmation email.
What the agent reads on the left, what it can do on the right. Sample setup.
